The Leadership Leap | Desiree’s Pathway Towards Passive Freedom Ep 159

Remember your why.

Why are you doing this?

Always go back to that purpose.

You've started your own business or your own journey, your own brand with a purpose in mind.

That is your internal you will and your internal compass as well about how, where you want to go, how fast you want to move, and who you want to bring with you on that journey.

So go back to that.

Sometimes when we're running for a goal, we tend to forget because it's all about numbers, it's all about production, and it's all about go, go, go.

What does that achievement mean to me?

And that is what I will always every day remind myself of.

We are moms, we are bosses, and we're living abroad.

And in this brand new season of this exciting podcast, we are boosting the woman-to-woman connection through deep, intimate conversations to pause, reflect, and go beyond the skein deed.

And we are here to celebrate your unique journey.

No matter how old your business or your babies or where you are in the world, you are not alone.

It's time to go deeper, understand better, and lean into more harmony and fun along the way.

We are Desiree and Iva and this is Mom Bosses Abroad.

Hi and welcome to a new episode of the Mom Bosses Abroad.

And I am Iva Perez and I am here today with my amazing co-host Desiree Gonzalez.

And today's episode is extra special because I get to flip the script and interview not just her, but being my co-host, but also her as my mentor and business bestie.

And the woman who is blazing a trail as she runs for one of the biggest milestones in the business that we are in.

So Desiree is no stranger to reinvention.

She has gone from the hospitality industry to trailing spouse, to then her online business and in affiliate marketing.

And now she's finally found that sweet spot where she's building legacy wealth with an attic.

And along the way, she has been inspiring many, many moms around the world.

So literally, like this is a global operation, to ditch the grind, align with their purpose, and say yes to health and freedom.

And now she is in the middle of what they call a 6A run, which is a sprint that I'm going to ask her some questions about so that she can really share.

And we get to have a look behind the scenes of what this is, because this is super exciting, and this is something that when you are in it, I feel there's a very special energy that comes with it.

So we're pulling back the curtain on what this moment looks like in real time, the mindset it takes, and the exact moves that she's making to cross that finish line.

Hi, Des, it's so good to be here.

Hi, Iva.

I was going to say it's kind of fun to sit on the other side.

So, yeah, yes.

So let me introduce you formally, because for those who have been in our world, they probably are very familiar with you, but it's also good to introduce you to new listeners and followers.

So just so everybody is aware, Desiree Gonzalez Bonau is an ex-hotelier who traded her career in luxury hospitality to follow the love of her life across the world as a trailing spouse.

Along the way, she discovered her passion for educating and empowering moms through natural living and built her first business in the network marketing space with essential oils.

But once she became among herself, the endless hustle for pocket money commissions and chasing end of month numbers no longer aligned with her purpose.

So this is when her quest to upgrade her family's health brought her to invest in a Kangen Water machine, and everything clicked.

She found not only the foundation of true wellness, but also a business model that allowed her to create abundant income while making a bigger impact on families worldwide.

So she now mentors moms in building both health and legacy wealth, proving that freedom and financial success can go hand in hand.

Today, as the founder of Life Essentials, she has built a personal brand that reflects her mission of empowering moms to transform their health and create long-term legacy wealth, no matter where in the world they live.

So together with me, of course, she's hosting this amazing podcast, which is ranking amongst the top 10 out of the top 100 podcasts worldwide, where we are inspiring women to design a life of freedom, purpose, and harmony.

And she is based in Tokyo with her husband and two little ones.

And Desiree loves all things Japanese, which is what makes us soul sisters, and never misses a chance to celebrate life's little wins, sometimes with a well-deserved glass of wine in hand.

So here you are, Des.

And this 6A run is something incredible.

So in your own words, tell us a little bit like what is a 6A run, and what does it mean, and why is it so special for us that entered this world and look at it as a very big important milestone to achieve?

First of all, I think people outside of this, the world that we're in right now, that really doesn't mean much.

Like what is 6A?

It's a number.

When I first heard it, I was like, did not mean anything to me, right?

But the more you're in the space, it is really for me just a huge celebration.

And planting your flag on the fact that you have impacted a lot of lives.

And of course, everything is always measured by numbers.

However, for me, the way I always see it is once I achieve this milestone, I know I have helped countless families to achieve a better, upgraded health, right?

I've helped them on their health journey, or I have enabled them to open a door to this incredible opportunity that we also, that door that we walked through once before as well.

Because that alone opens so many, so many things in our life, right?

And so 6A really is just like a compilation of numbers.

So it means you have to have a certain number of sales in your business.

But for me, it always comes out like it's over 100 sales that you need to do and a certain volume amount of money that you needed to have produced, right?

Or like the revenue.

But for me, I like always flip those numbers around and I break it down.

Okay, what I really do is I try to approach families or people, actually a lot of them approach me and say, it's like, look, I want to do something with my health.

I want to do something or I need to improve something in my life.

I need to help my child or we are having a bit of trouble here.

What can we do?

So we always end with this conversation.

Okay, listen, we need to work on the foundation of our health.

And in order to do that, we need to upgrade a few things that we are doing naturally at home.

And then we can talk about adding other things later.

But the foundations of health really are, and what we've mentioned many times before, is the water we drink, the water we shower with, the way we harmonize our environment to protect ourselves from all this invisible stressors, namely radiation, and so many other things like the air that we breathe.

So this is the foundation of health, which is also why I went backwards in my business of talking about essential oils and supplements and all of that.

But all of that needs to come after you've built that foundation, right?

And so for me, it's more like achieving that means I have helped over 25 families to achieve that next step in their health journey.

And that's why also when we put like goals on our wall or visions on our wall, right?

For me, it's not like, oh, I need to sell so and so many products.

No, first of all, I get to help, right?

At this point, 10 more families to make a decision to step into a better health themselves, right?

I get to help 10 families say yes.

And that is what my role is into guiding them.

And all the numbers, they fall into place after that, right?

Of the things that I need to achieve.

So that's what it means to me.

For me, it's that celebration of I have made an impact.

Right.

So just to put it a little bit more into context and perspective, which is very beautiful, as you say, because sometimes we want to approach things from old models, right?

Old business models, both in corporate at some point in our lives.

And so everything was like KPI and a metric and a number, but it was just that.

It was just like, but the way that you're framing it is so beautiful because you get to really dimension this as the impact that it's having on families.

And what does that translate into?

Which is, as you say, it's this long term health goal and wellness leading that is invaluable because without it, we don't have anything that we cannot build upon at.

So as you gear towards a 6A run then, and you frame it from the perspective of how many families get to be impacted, we're talking about what is that number?

Like, how many families would be the end result of getting to...

Exactly.

So I think it's a really hard question to answer because I operate in a very flexible way.

I don't go very like, okay, you need to get this whole package and then that'll improve your health.

I was like, no, if someone needs targeted this, then it's just that one product.

If they want like the overall, it's four or five products, right?

So it always depends and I always, always lean in to what that person needs or what that family needs.

Which is why I need to make well over 100 product sales or achieve about 300,000 US dollars of revenue in my business.

All right, mamas, we get this question all the time.

What are your go-to products that actually help your family stay well and thrive?

Yep, and the truth is we don't do complicated.

We do powerful basics that work with our bodies and our lifestyles.

It really comes down to four essentials that have become non-negotiable for us.

So first up, our Kangen K8 Water Ionizer.

It's not just water, it's hydration and emission.

Alkaline, antioxidant-rich and energizing.

It helps us detox, focus and feel like super women, you know, without the caffeine crash.

And next is the Anespa Shower System.

Just think of it as a spa in your bathroom.

It really filters out the harsh stuff like chlorine and infuses your water with hot spring minerals.

Our skin says, thank you, and so do our kids.

Then there's the M-Guard, our EMF Harmonizer.

You know, with all this tech around us, this little device helps bring back calm to our space.

It's subtle, but powerful.

Like that mom intuition you just can't explain.

And finally, Ocon.

It's Okinawan Turmeric, grown in volcanic soil, packed with natural curcumin.

It's our immune system's bestie and our God's happy place.

Plus it comes in tea, so hello, ritual moment.

You can explore all of them at oilyessentialsfamily.com/water.

And if something in your soul whispers, this could be a business too, then head on over to mombossesabroad.com and let's chat.

Because radiant health, time freedom, and real wealth, they are not extras.

They are your birthright.

And that is something that is one of the things that when people look at models that go into direct sales, and they have this unclear distinction of, okay, what is a direct sales model versus what's a multi-level marketing and or network marketing?

And there's this association of pressure alongside the numbers, right?

As you said, everything is numbers, and we do need numbers to measure and to have metrics.

But there is this association that there's a pressure to, it has to be done by this time, or there's like a time frame and there's this crunch.

And if you don't meet that deadline, then you get penalized or something happens, right?

And people sometimes have this very misguided perception that everything that operates in a direct sales model works the same way.

But this is different, right?

So why don't you help us dive deeper into, is there really like this time crunch pressure to a 6A run?

Or what is the criteria that comes with that?

Exactly.

That's a really good question because we always preach, you know, there's like, oh, there is no time pressure in this business because there is no monthly quotas to achieve.

You can really design this around your life rather than the other way around.

You can go slow, you can go fast, and you can really do it because even if you decide to stand still for, you know, maybe a couple of months where you're maybe traveling or just taking the time away from the business, which some people do, when once you continue, you continue right back to where you started.

You never go back.

Unlike in other models that, well, I was in such a model before.

It's like that constant hustle and that stress to achieve.

Otherwise, your commissions really go down.

And that just didn't align for me anymore, because we're in different seasons of our lives.

And so are the people we're speaking with.

And we cannot always expect people to go, go, go, go, go.

Right?

But however, now it's, I made that decision by myself that I am putting myself on this run.

That is purely me.

And I have decided to do that because first of all, I am fairly close.

But one thing also to add to that, it's also not only me.

I mean, I can achieve that goal all by myself, which in its way, it's totally beautiful because I don't, I neither need to pressure my team.

I neither need to, you know, put any, anything on while you guys need to produce.

Otherwise, I'm not going to reset.

No, that's not.

I can totally reach that on my own.

However, it is also nice and everything that the team does absolutely contributes to my journey.

Right?

But very much so, which also in turn really, and I want to, I will do that regardless, really like guiding, mentoring, developing the team.

And we're basically always achieving goals together, always celebrating together.

And so for the time frame is that at the end of the year, there's an amazing celebration in Australia where our main community is, right?

It's in Sydney.

And all the people that have in that year achieved that rank of 6A will be massively celebrated.

And honestly, I really just want to go there.

I want to go there.

I want to hug our family, our business, I already call them family, business family.

I want to hug my mentor.

I want to be with them.

And we all know that being in the room of the leaders, of the people that inspire, that shifts and changes you.

And I want to be there.

You know, we are so far away from Australia that we don't get to see them often and it's always via a screen.

And I just, I want to be in the room.

So I said, okay, if I need to be 6A to be in that room, I'm going to be 6A.

So I'm putting a lot of things into motion.

And by that, I'm also making this a non-negotiable for me, you know, like I'm shifting my own like motivation and energy to do this at a certain time frame, because I really want to be there.

And yeah, so that is...

There's nothing that in-person celebration and connection of course, of course, it's indescribable.

And I'm excited.

I'm excited to hear that you are setting this intention for yourself.

But in actuality, there is no pressure.

There's not this outside pressure from the community or, you know, the mentors or the uplines or anyone really to say, okay, this, this is what you have now.

This is solely you making that decision based on, as you say, that there's this amazing event coming up and you want to be able to be part of it within the 6A umbrella.

Exactly.

Within that umbrella of you making this choice for yourself of saying, you know, I am giving myself a timeframe, but it's artificial.

It's not one that is in the guideline book, so to speak.

There really is no time frame.

You can be as fast or as slow as you want.

But this is you putting it for yourself.

What do you feel is that, or what has been so far, that biggest mindset shift as you are now working towards this 6A run?

Yeah.

First of all, I know myself extremely well and I work really well under a little bit of pressure, right?

And I think that also comes with like, these are the skills we picked up.

Well, I've kind of always been like that ever since like being a student, but also motherhood has also taught me that if I have a certain window to work with, I can be extremely productive.

I mean, have you ever had a day when, you know, you have like three things on your to-do list and you actually have several hours to complete it?

It's gonna be, it feels almost hard to complete these three things because in between your thinking and overthinking and you are like planning and you are doing this and then something else comes up and you get distracted and then you didn't get to point number two.

It happens to all of us, right?

And the more I feel, the more quiet moments I have, like you make a story in your head.

And you come up with all these things why it could not be possible or something, right?

So what I really learned through motherhood as well as like, okay, my kids are in school from this time to this time, this is the window that I have to get things done.

And I'm going to really let's say on that on these days where I'm, I'm really putting my head down, focus, I'm going to put five things on my to do list.

There is not real like flexibility in between, so I'm going to get them done and it feels so incredibly good.

By the time I'm on that bike going to my son's school, knowing, wow, I was super productive today and I work well under that kind of pressure.

And I get things done faster and with a bit less drama as well, I feel.

And so the same concept is kind of a little bit in that 6A run.

I mean, you could tell yourself so many stories, what if and what if this and maybe that.

And I was like, no, I've decided I'm going, I'm going.

And I'm going to make that happen.

But what I really, really, really want to put a big disclaimer, what I've also promised myself, I will still refuse to go back to the way I used to run the business before.

And that has to do, I think, with a big mindset shift, where I said I will not do this in hustle mode.

I want to arrive to that in flow.

And this is the flow and the energy that I have learned to work with since I have started this business, because that was pretty much non-existent to me.

It was really hustle, goal, numbers, to-do list, boom, boom, boom.

Yeah, that's hard.

And that ends in overwhelm.

Of course, of course.

And you said something there that is very, very interesting.

And I do this with my clients, both adults and the teens that I coach, which is working well under pressure and knowing yourself very well.

And I feel that we tend to fall on one of two caps when it comes to working with anxiety.

And the reason why I use the word anxiety is because anxiety is, I mean, there's different types of anxiety.

The one that I'm referring to is the healthy one.

It's the one that we all have, because it comes up about this anticipation for a future event.

So some people, as you say, and I think that I am also in that camp, is the mom that looks at the clock, as you say, and you know, okay, at 3 p.m.

I have to pick up my kids.

So if it's 1 p.m.

and I know I have however many tasks on my to-do list, I will rush myself to do them, but only as the time starts to get closer and closer to 3 p.m.

Because that's a little bit like that, you know, like that time pressure that we are able to excel in.

Whereas there's another camp of a mom that could be like, oh no, because I know that at 3 I have to go and pick them up, I will pace myself and I will know that, you know, I'll first accomplish this, I'll then move into that.

And it's a little bit more gradual.

So that is so, so important because knowing your type and working with those rhythms can really make a big distinction between how you also label yourself.

And it's not that we're not driven, is that we're driven in different ways and at different paces.

But ultimately, what we do want to, I believe, avoid, and this is part of the message from what I'm hearing in your response, is that hustling doesn't need to be a part of it.

It doesn't be the story that tends to be this all-pervasive narrative that we all continue to have in this mother world, and we carry it as a batch of honor.

I feel that in many countries, it's almost like if you don't say that you're so busy, and it's even glorified, it's like, oh my God, I am so busy.

And people say it like with this air of like, yeah, you know, it's good to be so busy.

I feel that we have really taken away that pleasure of life in the little things and in the enjoyment of the process.

And so I love that you're bringing to the table that sense of, you know, I know myself, I know I need a little bit of that crunch time to work with because that's how I manage my anxiety versus achieving a goal that is upcoming with an event that is also set in the calendar.

And that makes me have this motivation in a way that doesn't lead to hustle and burnout.

And I think that that's also very important then because then that brings me to my other question, which is the whole aspect of mentorship and team building and how it comes in to play.

When bringing this perspective of yours, and how does it get mixed up in a run like this?

So how do you keep yourself and everyone motivated?

Like what is that philosophy that drives you within the scope in like this?

Yeah.

I love this.

Okay.

So I think again, there's like a few sides to this where, or a few like steps to this, that I realized that now, wow, my team is growing.

And it's not like before in my network marketing business where you need to have hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of people to even like be someone there, right?

Or produce something significant.

Because here you only need a few really good leaders, and business partners in your team, right?

That's it.

And there you can go all the way to legacy and beyond.

So what's also important is that I feel I need to grow as myself to hold a team of such amazing people that are going to be fully self-led, that are really strong, that come bearing gifts and talents and skills.

And wow, we're gonna really grow as a team.

But in order to hold such a team, I need to learn how to hold them and I need to grow.

So I've actually invested in myself to go in this really, really special container.

And I know Iva, you'll be really proud of me because you kind of know the journey, but like it's really not a container of like learning these skills and this and this.

No, it is a embodiment container where it's really all about the inner work and it's led by an energy healer.

And she always ties it beautifully though to our business, but it's really about unlocking these things within ourselves, so we can grow as a person, our identity can grow.

And for me, that was really, really important because I know I need to become not a new person.

I'm not at all not like I don't want to become a new person.

Not like the person that I am, but like, you know, I need to grow as a person to also grow as a leader.

And for me, that was really important because with a bigger team and with a bigger rank and with more success also comes more money.

And it's also a very important part of this all because I need to learn how to hold that money and how to hold that income.

And just recently, we also had a beautiful episode, right, with one of our incredible mentors.

And it was all about that topic.

And it's so true because we can strive for these successes and go all the way and, you know, have these wins and earn all of this income.

But if you don't know how to hold it and how to work with it and how to grow with it, it's almost worth nothing.

It'll just go, it'll slip away and you won't even know what happened.

And that's not what we're doing this for because we have a bigger why, we have a bigger sense of purpose of why we're doing this and why we need this money as well to flow into our lives.

So that is one of the big things that I've actually done in preparation or alongside this journey to be within a container like that.

Oh, this is so, so fantastic because as you say, that ability to hold things in a metaphorical way, it doesn't have to be physically, but in that metaphorical way of saying, yes, I can, I have that capacity, right?

It speaks for the fact that this enagic world is not only about the strategy and the steps and the blueprint, this is about being able to do the energetics and the inner work, as you say.

And so I feel when you speak from that perspective, that you are already embodying that leadership.

Because leadership is not about, okay, I need to go from A to B, and then when I'm in B, I'm a leader.

I think that that leadership that you are beautifully describing is the leadership of, watch me as I am becoming, and I am doing the process along the way, because that's where we also get to learn, right?

And so, this is very inspiring, because it shows that you are putting in that intentionality of saying, look, I am owning what I know that I'm owning right now.

There might be things that I don't feel I'm fully there yet, but watch me as I am becoming.

It's like watching that becoming.

And so, this is the part that we all, we were in a call just this morning, and that was one of the insights that came through from one of the mentors.

And what landed for me was that, is that you get to have the opportunity to showcase that day-to-day process.

Because it's a process.

It's not magically a magic wand, and it's like, poof, here I am, and here it appears.

So I love that you are bringing in the two sides.

The strategy with the energetics and the beautiful intention that you have behind.

So how do you balance both?

Okay, so this is a little bit more landing it into practical terms.

Like, Des, what are you doing right now, day-to-day, that is moving the needle for you in this 6-8 run, now that we're bringing pieces together of the puzzle?

Oh, yes.

So I feel like, and it sounds really counterproductive to having like a lot of things that you need to accomplish.

But you know what, the biggest thing that I'm practicing right now is the power of the pause.

And it seems like, but Des, you're on a run and you need to achieve things and everything.

It's like, yes, but that would just mean I'm going back to hustle mode because I'm gonna be go, go, go, go, go, because I do want to go to Australia, right?

However, I learned that often, like my biggest learning is that often the most productive time is actually in the time that you pause.

Because I so truly believe in these business energetics, because when we have that moment to pause, we start flowing differently.

And through the energy in which we speak, after having had a little bit of a, you know, quieter time, the energy that we speak in will attract more people.

And it will attract our people that we want to land in our world, in our business, working alongside us.

So this is one thing that, for example, tomorrow I have like a salon treatment, you know, like a booked in and I'm really intentionally, also tomorrow's Friday, so really, you know, not doing much, meeting a friend for a coffee and really also just giving myself a little bit of a pause because this week has been super duper productive already.

And like, you know, the little celebrations along the way.

What I'm also really practicing now is the whole activation of my voice.

And that is also so important to while we are there to help people and we're there to hold people and guiding them again, to say yes to their decision to become healthier and create wealth for themselves.

But I also need to learn to activate my voice and what do I need?

What do I want?

Where do I want to go?

Right.

And sometimes if we don't do that, and if we don't voice that out, then other people also don't know how to help you along that journey.

So what we're doing now, and I have a really nice relationship with my whole team, is to really also say like, I'd love your help with this.

Or even like not the team, but also people we've been in conversation with for a long time to say like, look, this would mean like a lot to me.

You know, this goal and everything.

And often, it's the way that we get to call people forward.

And sometimes people need that.

I needed that when I joined the business because I was like, oh yeah, maybe, let's see and whatever.

But I knew the moment I stepped in, my life changed, everything changed.

And I know I have the power to do that with other people.

And sometimes we need that, a little bit of that time.

I don't like the word pressure, but let's use that for now.

But that time, you know, pressure that to say, like, let's do this together now.

You're already gonna do it anyways, but let's do it now.

And that's been working well.

And while before it's another learning I've made, I would have been in so much guilt of like, oh, you know, I don't wanna feel selfish, and I don't wanna be like, oh, just because of me and everything.

But it's not because I also know, and I learned, and that when, if I go first, I actually have a bigger capacity, and a bigger, yeah, I have a bigger ability to help my team to follow straight after me, right?

To go there, because I need to go through that first.

And the way my mentor is holding me through this process now, I completely have her to hold on to, and she's guiding me, because she's gone before me.

So that's why I was like, I don't feel bad of activating my voice, because that will enable me to do the same with my team.

And that is what I want to achieve, you know?

That we all, we're on that stage together at one point, you know, celebrating all together.

But so that has really helped me in my process.

And then of course, the practical things, like we are really going into master classes.

We just hosted one the other day, which was awesome, which was so good.

It was so good.

I'm still like, vibing from that.

And see exactly, this is exactly what gets me in that energy.

I was on such a high for that day.

And that's the day I did so much of my follow up and conversations because I was so high from that master class, right?

That's so fun.

We had so much fun.

It was.

That's a great master class.

Yeah.

We're doing a lot of Instagram lives to really speak about our mission.

Because that way people will hear what we're doing.

And maybe it speaks to someone that says, wow, this is exactly what I need in my life.

That's what I was looking for, or that's maybe the health solution I'm looking for.

And we're also going to be hosting a beautiful mentorship that is starting next month.

And it's going to be such a powerful way to set up all of the new people joining us in business about how to set them up properly.

But the main thing of that is such a team bonding as well.

Like we are putting on between six of us, six leaders in our team, something incredible that we haven't done before.

And where each and every one of us gets to showcase really their individual skills and passions that they're bringing to the table.

And yeah, networking events, all of that gets to happen now.

And I feel like I'm fully at my joy.

It's only things that light me up.

And anyways, I've decided I'm only doing things that light me up.

That's it.

Nothing else.

And that is a great philosophy to live by.

And I should know because I know you're human design.

But more than that, I really resonate with the voice activation piece.

And for us women, it is a big piece of the puzzle.

Claiming, claiming our worth, claiming our goals, claiming our dreams is sometimes not easy because we haven't either been educated on how to do it.

We probably don't have a lot of role models from our childhood to say, oh, I saw it and I know what that looks like.

And so we are creating a whole new space for ourselves in that realm.

And I feel that this is a big piece.

And I love that you are going on that journey, but that you are taking it as one of the pieces of the puzzles for you to make this even more tangible.

Like this is part of what you know is in your mix.

So with that being said, I want to give you now, literally again, the microphone, because you have shared something that is happening in real time.

And I want to be able to bring you back when it is already achieved.

And I know that it will be soon, because we have that timeline that we're looking at.

But as you are standing here from this side of things, what is that one piece of advice that you would give someone who is aiming for either their own 6A run in their life or they're actually going for a 6A run in actuality?

Or they say, you know, I'm ready to step into this business and I do want to do the whole 6A run.

Like, okay, so what now?

What would that be?

Like, what would be that final parting?

Like, hey, look, this is it from me to you.

Thank you, Iva.

I definitely remember your why.

Why are you doing this?

Always go back to that purpose.

You've started your own business or your own journey, your own brand with a purpose in mind.

And it's different for everybody.

But that is your internal you will and your internal compass as well about how, where you want to go, how fast you want to move and who you want to bring with you on that journey.

So go back to that.

Sometimes when we're running for a goal, we tend to forget because it's all about numbers, it's all about production, and it's all about go, go, go.

And that often does not end well.

You may achieve your goal, but with what costs.

And so what I always try to remember is why did I start this?

What will it mean to me?

Not the rank, the 6A will not mean anything, right?

It means something in our community, and that's the celebration for that day.

But what does that achievement mean to me?

And that is what I will always every day remind myself of.

Amazing.

I love this.

And I want to thank you for sharing from this beautiful space that you're in today.

It really is something that only happens once.

You know what I mean?

Like there's more milestones along the way, but there's only one 6A run that we all get to do.

And so when we phrase it from that optic, really is just like a once in a lifetime opportunity that you get to have and share from that space.

So I love that we are capturing all of this into this incredible episode because it's going to live on.

And I have absolutely no doubts that you are bringing that into reality very, very soon.

And I cannot wait to be one of the people that get to celebrate that.

And in the meantime, we have, as you say, this incredible mentorship coming up for anyone that is like, okay, I'm not at 6A, I'm going to get started on, you know, the 1A, the 2A.

Actually, you get started on 2A, believe it or not.

You get to skip the 1.

You go straight into 2.

And if you are ready for that, if you're ready to start playing with these numbers and saying, okay, from 2 to 6, that's four steps along the way.

This is where you get to have like direct contact with Desiree and myself and other beautiful people that are in our team already, who as Des said already, we are here to share from our zones of genius.

We are here to share from our own know-how.

And we are here to mastermind alongside you to craft this journey into your journey.

It's not Desiree's journey, it's not my journey, but it's your journey and what you want to make of it.

And we are just here as guiding posts and hand holders and shoulders to cry on if that is needed of joy, if you need to cry for joy.

But we are here and we are so incredibly excited to be bringing this in like less than a month.

So if you want to know more, you know what to do, go to our show notes.

We have the link of what is that next step for use so that you can get started straight away and then you can step into this beautiful container.

You have a wonderful leader in Desiree and she has already shown what are her values, what does she stand for, what does she bring to the table, which is amazing things, amazing energy.

And so what is the hold up?

Right?

What is holding you back other than probably a doubt that you cannot make it.

But we can also take care of that.

So loving this episode.

Thank you so much for sharing with us today from your heart and for all our listeners.

Come and join us.

We can't wait.

We'll see you on the next episode.

GUEST BIO

Desiree Gonzalez Bonau is an ex-hotelier who traded her career in luxury hospitality to follow the love of her life across the world as a trailing spouse. Along the way, she discovered her passion for educating and empowering moms through natural living and built her first business in the network marketing space with essential oils. But once she became a mom herself, the endless hustle for pocket-money commissions and chasing end-of-month numbers no longer aligned with her purpose.

In her quest to upgrade her family’s health, Desiree invested in a Kangen Water machine, and everything clicked. She found not only the foundation of true wellness but also a business model that allowed her to create abundant income while making a bigger impact on families worldwide. She now mentors moms in building both health and legacy wealth, proving that freedom and financial success can go hand in hand.

Today, as the founder of Life Essentials, Desiree has built a personal brand that reflects her mission of empowering moms to transform their health and create long-term legacy wealth, no matter where in the world they live. Together with Iva, she co-hosts of the Mom Bosses Abroad podcast, where they inspire women to design a life of freedom, purpose, and harmony. Now based in Tokyo with her husband and two little ones, Desiree loves all things Japanese and never misses a chance to celebrate life’s little wins—sometimes with a well-deserved glass of wine in hand.
